Depends where and when you ask as well. Asking in Kamadan is pretty much useless, at peak hours its just a trade town. Try Sunspear greathall or such.
Also, in nightfall, heroes get all unlocked skills. So anyone who isn't new, will likely already be fully set already, even if low level. So you'll of course get more people accepting help in ascalon, where people don't have heroes and the only options are low level henchies. Oh, and if you really want to help, you'll usually find at least one person looking to do galrath in LA. |
